Cancellation Policy:
We are a very busy appointment only spa. In order to facilitate all clients and maintain an overall healthy business operation, we do require cancellations the day before an appointment to avoid a late cancel fee. Please allow 24 hours notice for all canceled spa appointments in order to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without cancellation will be charged 100% of the service appointment.
We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment for existing clients and 10 minutes for new clients in order to complete new client paperwork. Appointments begin on time and should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the service provider to be on time for the following client.
We recommend a facial every 4-6 weeks. At this frequency, we can monitor your skin throughout the seasons and help you maintain a healthy and glowing complexion. However, it may be recommended to do more frequent visits.
Prior to your first treatment, you will be asked to complete a client profile form online to determine if the scheduled treatment is appropriate for you. This form takes only a few minutes to complete. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time on your first visit so that you can complete a 2nd brief client information form, without taking away from your treatment time. Next, you will enter your treatment room and will be asked a few questions in order to customize your treatment experience. Your Esthetician will then leave the room so that you can undress and dress into your spa wrap. A few minutes later, your Ethetician will return to begin your treatment
